CHEAP FEST is a DIY experimental music fest organized by the RVA NOISE collective in Richmond VA. The fest is currently in its 4th incarnation since starting in Norfolk, VA in 2007. CHEAP FEST IV is free to attend, with donations being collected at the door to help pay the out of town artists, however this year aims to be the biggest the festival has ever been with over 60 acts from all over the United States traveling to Richmond to perform in the expanded 3-day event. Usually the event is self-sustaining, but due to the expansion to three days and number or performers this year we are asking you to help make sure all these artists are properly compensated! All of these artists are in the DIY community and need assistance with gas money to get to and from the festival, and that's exactly where your money will be going!
