why does Andrew love feeding Steven so much

Why does Andrew like feeding Steven OR Adam so much?? He always seems ready to feed Adam, holding it out to him like this is a normal thing they do in their everyday lives. 

And with Steven? With Steven it’s a treat to Andrew because Steven seems to shy away from it but when Steven lets Andrew feed him, Andrew gets this like? pleased smile?? Why? We’ve seen how Steven eats in real time. He’s a mess (big same, can relate) it ain’t pretty, but Andrew seems happy?? Self satisfied? 

Is it a kink or is it like a grandma trait where Andrew likes to see his boys eating and full? I don’t know, I just want it to happen more.
