The journey for the ring started in 3018. The Battle of the Five Armies occurred in November 2041. Aragorn was born March 1st 2031.
In your post you even put in there. Bilbo was 51 when he got back. The ring passed to Frodo at Bilbo's 111th birthday. That's 60 years. Now add 17. You said yourself Aragorn was 87 during the events of LoTR. So...
60 +17 = 77 years between BOTFA and LoTR
87-77= 10 Aragorn's age during Botfa.
I'm not sure how I can make the math any simpler.
