Revisited the checkerboard cake. 

This time I used stabilized whipped cream and chocolate nibs for simple decorating.

Buttercream is great for decorating but personally I find it disgusting to eat, it’s just a dry chunk of butter and sugar, so stabilized whipped cream is my preference.
