October, I've followed this blog for a very long time now. For years I always looked forward to having you show back up and looked forward to what you would bring storywise or how you'd interact with others! It's been a tradition, to the point that I've mentioned you to friends who don't even follow the blog or know of you otherwise. This is the first year I wasn't only looking forward to October. I got a kitten last October, I'm looking to go to university next year and am actively applying for the next semester. I have a partner who loves and supports me so very much and I adore him. I finally have a plan, a move planned, something.
I almost didn't even realize it was already October again, that you'd be showing up.
Thank you for helping to get me to this place in my life. I know you get so many messages about loss and struggle and I wanted you and everyone to know that it does get better, that I and so many others are proof that the storm will pass. There's love in the world and a reason to keep going and, maybe someday in the future, you won't even realize the October spirit is already back because you have so much to look forward to.

Your message is beautiful and I cant fully state just how much it warms my heart to hear of all of the grand things that have happened for you! Your message is also one full of inspiration!
