Before You Hire a Carpet Cleaner
Make sure you know who you're letting into your home.
Get references, reviews, testimonies from people you know who can vouch for a cleaner's service. If you don't have that now, or aren't satisfied with the references you did get, then you should probably wait until you do.
That's one lesson households in Plymouth learned in 2017, after being subjected to harassment by the carpet cleaner they hired.
The carpet cleaner called one home a s***hole on social media, and told another couple they deserved to lose their baby after cancelling a cleaning appointment when the mother-to-be was rushed to the hospital due to a miscarriage. The callous carpet cleaner kept demanding a cancellation fee.
Bottom line, find carpet cleaners who will deliver exceptional service, and who are professional in their dealings with you, from start to finish. I live in Atlanta and for the past 2 yrs we’ve been using the services of the local carpet cleaners, it’s just easier than DIY, go there for more information.
