honestly the fact that there's no time jump pretyt much tells you they couldn't have both buck and eddie just break up with their respective girlfriends off screen, one has to stick around at least for a bit. bucks was in s5 i guess eddie's is in s7 but with a shorten season i don't see her lasting till episode 10. she'll be gone by 5 or 6 or hell maybe even before then. but the show has told you these relationships are not going to last. hope eddie finally realizes he's gay and in love w/ buck

Oh yeah, timeline-wise it makes all the sense in the world and should've been pretty obvious ever since they all but confirmed the cruise ship is the one bathena stepped onto at the end of S6. I just preferred not to look at it too directly, you feel me? :D But if it really does pick up right after S6 with no time jump, I'm very much hoping to see Natalia back so that she'd get more than an offscreen breakup. It'll depend on the availability of the actress, I assume, but personally I'd be a bit miffed if she was written out abruptly, especially after the way 6x18 ended.

My Scooby-Doo Headcanons

Fred is a he/him aroace, but he lives for platonic affection. He is absolutely autistic have you seen this man with his traps and his inability to understand his own emotions I fuckin vibe.

Daphne is a she/her bisexual. I don't exactly have many headcanons for her yet because I don't really like her character that much. Her whole personality has been pining for Fred. :/

Velma is a she/they queerbian who is also autistic, just in a slightly different way from Fred.

Shaggy is an any pronouns pansexual, and might have adhd? Idk lemme know opinions on that one.

And Scooby is obviously their child and emotional support dog. He is absolutely capable of being a service dog, and probably helps Fred with his breakdowns often.

Another scream tore out from between his lips. In theory, this wasn't even the worst that had been done. In actuality, he'd rather have been captured by rebels and tortured. Broken fingers. Nail removal. Tears in his eyes. Whimpers escaping him. His body was shaking. Breath came in pants. How he had the strength or energy to beat on his desk some more was remarkable.
