This burger recipe is amazing and can be used at any time of the day. On top of melted cheddar, fresh vegetables, and condiments, there are juicy beef patties mixed with onions and spices. The whole thing is served between two toasted buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Ketchup and mustard, for condiments.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers. Adjust cooking time for your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese. While the patties cook, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickles, and a burger patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Add ketchup and mustard to taste, then top with the other half of the bun. Serve your perfect anytime burgers hot and enjoy!
