Do you live with anxiety? ⤵️ My human, myself, my friend Willow the Wiggle Butt, and _especially_ Cat Sister all do. In fact, 18.1% of humans, 70% of dogs, and 20% of cats live with anxiety. If you’re living with anxiety, you’re definitely not alone. === We are all different, so what works for me may not work for you, and we are not vets, but here’s how we manage my anxiety: ➡️ Wholetones for Pets has been a game changer. Our friends introduced us to this when I first came home with intense separation anxiety and now whenever I hear it instantly calm down and curl up for a break. ➡️ Crate training was key for us. I love my crate and always feel safe in there. I also have a @originalsnugglepuppy in my crate so that I don’t feel as alone. ➡️ Boring arrivals and departures. Sometimes it makes my human sad that I excitedly greet others but calmly greet her; however, it’s really helped me to feel more confident when she is away so it’s worth it. ➡️ Calming chews. I take a calming hemp treat from @legitpet each day and it’s noticeable when I don’t. There are many options out there but this one works well for me. ➡️ In extreme situations, like when helicopters circle our area at bedtime, I also use CBD oil from @zenfrenz. This one helps me sleep and ignore those annoying birds. ➡️ Last but not least, my human trains with me everyday so that I learn that I can always trust her to keep us safe. When something scary happens I quickly check-in with her and she assures me I will be okay. === Do you live with anxiety?
