[Pulls up to the athletic complex, walking into the practice gym, going straight to the lockerroom to change into my sports bra and dri-fit leggings, stuffing my duffle bag in the locker, closing and locking it; grabbing my water, phone and earphones and leaving out of the locker room, standing in the middle of the room to contemplate if I want to stretch or run first; deciding to start off with my laps, placing my phone in my athletic phone case and strapping it onto my arm, putting my earphones in and walking up the stairs to the track on the second floor of the gym, stretching my legs quickly before I begin to run.]

[Rushing straight from my Delta meeting, I make my way into the practice gym and I go straight up to the locker rooms stripping out of my Crimson line jacket and white t-shirt with my Greek letters sprawled across the front in red and black writing, sliding them in my cheer duffle bag, I pull up the sides of my dri-FIT tights and I quickly pull my wild hair into a bun and I stuff my duffle bag into my locker and locking it back; grabbing my phone off the bench and stuffing it into my sports bra, picking up my Gatorade bottle and making my way out to the mats to put my stuff down, going to the starting line of the track and starting to follow the other girls, tackling the task of doing 45 laps around the gym.]
