oh well, if there’s anything good that probably would come of the season 3 outro mess, odds are that we may get a sudden surge in fan work(for black ops in general) doing their own thing(or just proving better storytelling in their version of Black Op 6 post ending) and just doing characters justice and love that the devs seem to hate(Seriously though, do the Devs hate Felix?). Theres always au settings as well that are alway worth exploring. I’m excited to see what everyone has come up with(including you).
granted in my case I never really cared about following canon past Cold War’s campaign anyway(My bell’s alive for one thing) in terms of my own fanworks. But Thursday has given me extra motivation to write out of spite

But being original and bringing back "dead" characters, Activision have gotten into a habit of
It started with Alex Keller back in 2019, soap and Ivan in 2023 and now, Hudson, stitch and woods as available operators (yes I know, woods isn't dead, but he's unable to be in active duty)
Activision has slowly become more like fortnight, with both its skins and story and honestly I'm loosing hope it'll ever change
The entire season 4 outro could have been a perfect opertunity to add felix
BECAUSE, he's a hacker, he knows codes ans is likely to hack this "soviet code"
Activision didn't need to bring back one od the best enemies in COD to just ruin his story
His story is over and done with, there is no need for him to be back, but adding to this
HE WAS KILLED IN VERDANSK
This is not only ruining one
But two characters that a lot of people enjoyed
