#319 Sandwich Maker - Cheese Snack

This is a very quick and easy recipe to make when you need to provide a few nibbles.

Place a flat bread wrap or tortilla onto the sandwichmaker. Add grated cheese and other flavouring, e.g. Salami or onion. Cover with a second tortilla or wrap. Lwer the sandwich maker lid and cook for about 1 minute. This is ample time for the cheese to melt.

Remove from the sandwich maker. Cool. Cut into small slices.

This is delicious either hot or old.

#235 Sandwich Maker - Cheese Wrap

Cheese Wrap I used a sun dried tomato wrap for this. Place the flat bread onto the hotplate. Sprinkle with grated cheese and sliced tomatoes. Fold over and lower the lid. Cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crisp.

Remove and cut into thick slices. Great as a quick and easy snack.
