Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup dill pickle relish. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease. Transfer cooked beef and onion mixture to a slow cooker. Add ketchup, mustard, and dill pickle relish to the slow cooker, stirring to combine. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
