These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are perfect for any Super Bowl party or gathering. They are loaded with spicy buffalo chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheddar cheese, all sandwiched between soft slider buns. Easy to make and even easier to devour!
Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slider buns. 1/4 cup sliced green onions optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Shred the chicken and mix it with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl. Sandwich buns should be cut in half and the bottom halves should be put on a baking sheet. Place a lot of the chicken mixture on the bottom of each bun. Add some crumbled cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Put the other half of the bun on top of each slider. Place aluminum foil over the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through. When you take it out of the oven, you can add sliced green onions as a garnish if you want to. Enjoy while hot!
