Indulge in the irresistible goodness of Twix candy bars combined with a creamy cheesecake filling in this delectable Twix Cheesecake Pie. It's a dessert that's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 16 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 12 fun-size Twix bars, chopped. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup heavy cream. Whipped cream and additional Twix bars for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C. Melted butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and graham cracker crumbs should all be combined in a mixing bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Cream cheese that has softened should be smoothed out in a different bowl. Incorporate half a cup of powdered sugar and thoroughly blend. One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition. After the batter is creamy, stir in the sour cream, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, folding in the chopped Twix bars. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the center is still slightly jiggly, in a preheated oven. Take it out of the oven and allow it to come down to room temperature. After that, chill for a minimum of 4 hours, or until thoroughly cold and solidified. Stir the heavy cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Allow it to cool a little. Over the chilled cheesecake pie, pour the chocolate sauce. Add some whipped cream and extra Twix bars as garnish. Cut, present, and savor!
