This Cherry Cheesecake Brownie Parfait has rich brownies, a creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet cherry topping that goes well together. It's a great dessert for any event!
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 can cherry pie filling. Crumbled brownies for layering.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the brownie mix, then bake it. Allow it to totally cool down. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream slowly to the cream cheese mixture and mix it well until it is smooth. Once the brownies are cool, cut them into small cubes. Put crumbled brownies, cream cheese mixture, and cherry pie filling in serving glasses or bowls. Add more layers until the glasses are full, and then put a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top to finish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Before serving, top with extra cherry pie filling and brownie crumbs.
