Crispy bacon encasing creamy cheese inside spicy jalapeos creates the ideal appetizer or snack. At your next get-together, these bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeos are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients: 12 fresh jalapeo peppers. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slices bacon. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Slice the jalapeo peppers in half, then take out the seeds and membranes. To shield your hands from the spice, put on gloves. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Make sure each jalapeo pepper is nicely stuffed by carefully filling it with the cheese mixture. Using toothpicks, enclose a piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeo. Arrange the jalapeos wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the bacon is crispy, in a preheated oven. Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Savor these mouthwatering stuffed jalapeos wrapped in bacon!
