Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 large spaghetti squash, cooked and shredded. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Add salt, pepper, and dried thyme to the pork chops. While the pan is on medium-high heat, sear the pork chops for three to four minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Put butter and minced garlic in the same pan. Saut until the food smells good. Toss the shredded spaghetti squash with the garlic butter in the pan after adding it. Add the heavy cream and mix it in well. Let it cook on low heat for two to three minutes. Add the cheddar cheese and mix it in until it melts. Add pepper and salt to taste.
