Ingredients: 4 cups yellow squash, sliced. 1/2 cup onion, chopped. 1/4 cup butter. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
