A quiet day came rarely to Anon. Most of the time he was so busy he barely had time to talk to his guests, so today was rather a gift to him. Only half of the tables were filled, and it didn't look like it would be filling much today.
Which led him to catch up with his regulars, fill them in on what has gone on in his life and find out how they are doing. He was feeling rather content that day. So it was a rather curious suprise to him, what the next guest would bring.
A short-ist mech with a rounded frametype walked in, optics scanning the place with a determined gaze. Anon had his back turned to the newcomer, bidding his previous guest goodbye before turning around to welcome his next guest with a warm smile on his screen.
"Good Day Sir! Please, take a se-"
"Oh my Stars! It really is you!" The mech whooped excitedly, giving a small hop before bounding towards Anon, faceplates holding the brightest smile he'd seen on a stranger. The other guests shortly looked at them, but faced their meals quite quickly again.
"I didn't think my friend were telling the truth but you really are here! Granted a rather odd place, but I'm so happy to see you in person! I've been a fan of yours for eons, Dread!"
For the first half, he'd been truly flattered at the sheer excitement this bot had to have met him, behind his mask however his smile faltered by a margin. Some of that information didn't make sense... and his name wasn't Dread.
"Ah, well.. I'm glad! But I think you've got the wrong mech here. My name is Anon, not Dread." Anon chuckled sheepishly, scratching the back of his helm. Primus this was extremely awkward.
The stranger blinked suprised, but shook his helm. "No no, that can't be. I'm absoloutly positive it's you! I guess it would make sense to change your name up, though I'm not sure why you'd do that.. but anyway! Can I have your autograph?!" He finally came to the point, holding out a datapad to Anon.
"Ah... sure thing!" Anon smiled brightly on the screen, filling the Bot's request and giving his signatue on the Datapad.
"Thank you Dread! D-Uh.. I mean Anon! Was great meeting you, I gotta roll!" The mech rejoiced, holding the Datapad to his chest, plating on his shoulder ruffling excited. He hugged Anon, before turning and rushing out of the building.
What the frag just happened? Anon thought to himself confused, staring at the floor to let the rather uncomfortable feeling of being hugged abruptly wear off, before turning on the back of his pedes to enter the kitchen.
