Today our organization @Talent4Change teamed up with @TimeoutMarketMiami and @LaGringaMIA to offer a Food Preparation Demo to 40 youth from @UrgentInc, a local youth center located in the Overtown community! This provided the youth with a chance to learn how to prepare Mexican/Japanese fusion dishes and a little about the Mexican and Japanese cultures and the influence these cultures had on Chef Miguel Gomez of La Gringa Toastaderia. -------------------- Thank you @UrgentInc for allowing us the opportunity to utilize our @CHEFandKIDS initiative to host this demo for the youth!
