Hotel Deyzor at kaza, This is a lovely place with amazing hospitality and warm staff. I had planned to stay for a day but ended up staying much more. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Karan Bedi and Skalzang Dorzie, who gave me a free hand in their kitchen. This was food fun. Thanks to the ethnic traditions I was exposed to new and organic ingredients and incorporated them into my creative culinary experiences .
