I cooked a good amount this week
...and I felt good doing it all! I made:
Mealprep two types of boneless chicken, rice, ground beef, peas
Pot roast with onions, potatoes, carrots (pictured be4 and after)
Tacos consisting of 93% lean ground beef, jasmine rice, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, spicy chunky salsa, mild taco sauce, sour cream and soft taco shell
Grass fed BBQ beef short ribs falling off the bone, baked mac and cheese, garlic and herb buttery mashed potatoes, collard greens
