Last weekend's BBQ Cook-Off Competition. Two BBQ Bosses squared off against each other- Yours truly vs. Coach "Ragin' Cajun" Brown as we put our BBQ Chicken reputations on the line! It was a close contest, and the winner will be announced at football practice today! Also on the menu was my Jerk Chicken, Jerk Salmon, Grilled Asian-Styled Red Snapper, and Boneless Ribs with my home-made Hickory Bourbon-Brown Sugar Sauce. Coach Brown also prepared KOSHER Rib-eye steak (Coach Safran is Jewish).
