This athlete is getting stronger and faster using The SpeedStation. The backpedal drill will create strength thru resistance, allowing him to more efficiently without the resistance. The overspeed sprinting trains the body to become faster by moving it faster than it wants to go. This "trick" improves acceleration and stride frequency. Last weekend's BBQ Cook-Off Competition. Two BBQ Bosses squared off against each other- Yours truly vs. Coach "Ragin' Cajun" Brown as we put our BBQ Chicken reputations on the line! It was a close contest, and the winner will be announced at football practice today! Also on the menu was my Jerk Chicken, Jerk Salmon, Grilled Asian-Styled Red Snapper, and Boneless Ribs with my home-made Hickory Bourbon-Brown Sugar Sauce. Coach Brown also prepared KOSHER Rib-eye steak (Coach Safran is Jewish). THIS is The SpeedStation! It is used to improve an athlete's linear/lateral speed, change of direction and agility. With drills involving resistance and overspeed training, I can make you run faster, jump higher, cut quicker and improve your athleticism. I've also used it in my Team Fantasy Fitness Camps for metabolic conditioning. Numerous NFL, NCAA (football, basketball, track, tennis) teams, the US Army and the National Guard use The SpeedStation.
