HEALTHY STEAM MODAK Rice flour - 250gm. Fresh coconut -1nos. Jaggery - 50gm. Ghee (clarified butter) - 2tsp. Dates - 200gm. Cardamom - 3nos. Cinnamon - small stick. Nutmeg - pinch. Almond 20gm. Cashew - 20nos. Grate coconut, powder all spices, chopped nuts and dates into very tiny pieces. Take ghee start to fry coconut till start to get golden brown color. Add nuts, dates and jaggery till mix it well roast for few minute and let cool down aside. Take hot water add salt and add rice flour and closed down flame and mix flour into hot water. Once flour absorb water start to thiken paste like texture take out from pan transfer into plate apply some ghee to prevent from stick and let rest. Now let cool down little to all ingredients. Start mold rice flour dough cover all outer side of mold .
