Last night's amazing #vegan dinner at Sinatra in #Encore #LasVegas. I had the butternut squash soup, Zuppa di something (sorry!), which was delicious and light. The #Gardein Marsala over potato #gnocchi - amazing! And, #ChefTheo not only greeted me, the vegan, but made sure I had the wonderful Cioccolato chocolate mousse bar dessert. I'm already planning my return! (at Sinatra)
