One Pot Cheesy Tomato Gnocchi

A recipe that is Good (especially when cooking is Hard):

Get a package of gnocchi (It’s shelf stable! You can just keep one on hand!)

Get a pound of hot Italian sausage and pinch it into li’l bits

Chop a head of broccoli into florets

Mix ’em all up with some olive oil and red peppy flakes and salt on a baking sheet (on parchment paper if you wanna make cleanup very easy)

Roast at 425º for 25 mins till everything’s a li’l crispy

Mix in some grated parm and a squeeze of lemon

Eat forever
