This pepperoni pizza gnocchi is a delicious mix of two traditional Italian dishes. It has the flavors of a traditional pizza in a comforting pasta dish. It's salty, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying.
Ingredients: 1 lb gnocchi. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Boil gnocchi in salted water according to package instructions until they float to the top, then drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated. Transfer the sauced gnocchi to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the gnocchi, followed by mini pepperoni slices and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
