04.30.14-"Spinning TeaCups", My mom came into my room and said, "Anak, don't be sad because you're an only child. There are so many that love you..." It's funny how well mom knows me and how I feel before I notice that I'm feeling this way. I was telling one of my accountability partners that I was feeling a little down lately. I've been missing fellowship and quality time with some of my church family, my closest HS friends, and others that I hold near and dear to my heart and seem that I haven't seen or spoken to or spent time with lately. My schedule has kept me busy and sometimes I feel isolated or alone. But as my loving mother reminds me that there are many who love me, I should never forget that God has never forgotten me and lacked in loving me. 04.08.16-"Create in me a CLEAN 💜 O GOD", pursing holiness in this dirty and sinful flesh of mine is the hardest struggle that I face on the daily. My flesh is weak, but God you are the one who has the power of righteousness in me. May you perfect me in my weaknesses, may you be my strength and my portion forever. Give me your grace and your mercy to dwell in everyday and in every way. Help me to run away from temptation and be heart broken for things that break your heart and love the things you love. You God, are the Joy of my salvation that no one or nothing can take away. 12.07.15-Because I need to CHILL-OUT! (As I've been told several times). For the first time since Sept 1st, I actually have a day that I'm not on a time constraint. Or at least I'm not too stressed about deadlines, meetings, work, school projects, family responsibilities, my church ministries, & my emotions (cuz girls are like emo-roller coasters). I'm actually able to sit alone and be in a #chillzone where everything around me standing still.--->🙏🏼Thank you Lord, for the stillness you give me to spend time alone with you this morning, and to thank you for EVERY SPIRITUAL blessing, even when I feel my world is caving in. God you are my refuge and strength. I run to you when I feel lost, broken, and weary in this sinful world we live in. People drain my energy sometimes, so I need solitude and alone time to recuperate. So me dancing in the vid is how I feel as of now, content and joyful.
