Do you do muscle training

  It was about fifty-fifty〜！

But quite a lot of people said you do

Which makes me inexplicably happy 👧

  I do muscle training 🏋️‍♀️

I do a full workout once every 2 weeks、

And I do 2 minutes of sit-ups every day！

   Speaking of which、recently along with muscle training

I’ve started stretching〜！

  I use something called a stretching pole

And although it does help me stretch further

It also makes my muscles stiffer than they used to be

Stretching is amazing！ 😂

23rd Birthday 💚

   Happy birthday！

Suzuki-san with a smile like the sun 😊

   💛 Today is the release day of

Weekly Famitsu 😽

I am able to appear in the

「Hellotsu」 corner！

   The shooting involved

2 different themes and outfits！

For the 1st one

As I wrote above I really love muscle training、it’s one of my hobbies

So the first shoot

Had a work-out theme 💪

   It was my first time exercising

In a bouldering gym！

   In the interview portion

I was able to talk about my love for muscle training and working out 😸

I answered the question

Why do you love muscle training？

As simply as I could 💗

     The 2nd shoot was very different than the 1st

And had a mature outfit！

We shot with my whole body covered in LED lights 🎵

It was my first time covering myself in LED lights

So it was really fresh？！ 🥺

Where I’m doing my best to untangle myself from the LED lights 😐笑lol

   I was kinda wondering how the photos would turn out？

But looking at the end photos

They’re super aesthetic 🥺

So I’m really happy 😉

Hello! Project presents 

Solo Fes！2

Broadcast day 😙

Thank you very much

To everyone who watched the lengthy broadcast！

   This year was our 2nd Solo Fes 💕

I want to introduce myself through music

Was our main aim 😊

   Each member performed solo

And seeing everyone shining in their own way、

Was really amazing 🌠

Everyone shined so bright 😸

    💛 I was able to perform ANGERME-san’s

Akai Earphone 💕

   Moving on from last year’s Solo Fes、

I wanted to really level-up my performance、

But I also wanted to

Give a very music-focused performance✨

   So this year for the first time

I had the idea to rearrange the song myself ！ 😊

   The song、Akai Earphone

Is one that a lot of you requested

So when I saw it

I was like this is it！This is the one！

   I wanted to include the original melody of the song

And I wanted to be able to show、

The view of the world I get when I listen to this song 🌃

After I came up with a general framework、

I sought advice

From various musicians and composers

Who work with Hello！Project、

And made some detailed amendments to my arrangement

   After recording it、I sent it to the music team

And they said the mix (The balance of sounds in the song)

Was really good！

Hearing that

Made me really happy 😢

    💛 While arranging it、

I really played around with it a lot

But I want to introduce 1 specific element to you 🎶

   The piano B-melody is playing a separate melody

Which I added in myself、

And when I added the lyrics

In the first half (the cheery song〜) I used a cheery melody、

And then for the second half (the messy bit〜)

I represented that my messing up the melody a bit too 😊

    💛 Being able to use my own music

For a performance is、how should I say it、

It was kinda strange 😸

But really fun！

   Due to this performance、

The members voted me

MVP✨

  With Yajima Maimi-san❤️

Yajima-san、for presenting the lengthy Solo Fes

Really thank you very much 😭

    I received lots of wonderful comments
