It’s crazy watching the news and seeing my old basketball coach Ms. Cardosa from Chemawa on television.  My former basketball teammate Jamie saying, “she was molested by her from age 12-17 years old”.

Look back at 98’ and 99’ …seems like forever and just yesterday.  I remember those days pretty good. All that was happening to her. Everyone has their story and she is facing her past head on.

Life happens around you and you have no clue about what’s really happening around you.

The Chemawa Indian School opened in 1880 in Salem, Oregon. It remains open as a boarding school today and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
