As expected she had spent the majority of her time during the summer celebrations so far in the sort of crafting area that had been set up in Fibonacci. She’d probably spent most of the festivity here to be honest, crafty as she was. Really she’d only left to eat or when she’d been reminded of the rest of existence by her friends.
Despite the time she’d spent here the only thing she’d finished was the battle microwave that was convinced it was a cleaner. Finished was also being generous as its current chimeric state was the result of her losing focus two separate times during its construction. She was working on something else now, of course, with Handy set up on the table. A vantage point which had offered the AI the first opportunity to notice who was approaching.

“Hang on a second, please.”
“I really think you should-”
“Just a moment, I promise.”
“Emere.”
“Look I’m like, really close with this. Chemi, do you think you could hand me that solder please.”
“...”
It took a few more seconds.
“Oh, what-”
She stood right up and whirled to face her properly, in stationary awe before quickly grabbing her in a hug.
“Chemi! Why didn’t you say anything?!”
