to be fair to curran honestly tho i think the reason he doesn’t have any real backstory is that meeting heinwald really was just like? the most important Turning Point™ of his life. he probably didn’t get any because it’s just. straightforward.

Yeaah, that makes sense! I think church orphan is a fair enough assumption for his backstory and canonically, he doesn’t want to talk about much of his life before he met Heinwald because he’s got all that self-loathing dragon-jesus-Catholic guilt. :’)

tbf to Nevada there are like, double the number of votes this election than last election, plus the whole not counting absentee ballots until on or after election day, PLUS I imagine the whole raging pandemic has slowed the process in one way or another either bc short staff or social distancing procedures

Its telling about the kind of player I am that when my DM and I were fleshing out my character’s ex when she started to become relevant to the plot, one of the first things I did was give my DM a gun and motive with which to shoot me with. I love D&D.
