Happy Mother’s Day to everyone and most of all to the one who birthed me, @cherrellesmom Jacqueline Stevenson. She gave me all of the tools and knowledge that I needed to survive, and introduced me to Christ. I’m thankful to the most high God for having a spiritual mother. A mother who I have been privileged to never see live the life outside of the life she lives for God. I mean that! When I came into this world she was already saved and because of it introduced me to Christ early on. I knew all of this, but I understand the significance of this more on this particular mother’s day. As a matter of fact I can even recall the day I witnessed her received the Holy Ghost at Ephesus Church of The Seven Churches of God In Christ, Inc. on a Wednesday night when I was about 5 or 7 years old. Remember it like it was yesterday!!! The tarrying, and power of God moving amongst the saints. I’m also thankful for a mother who is SUPER supportive of my music career and always has me covered no matter what. I’m thankful she is alive and constantly able to teach me more wisdom to prepare me for my future, how to be a good wife to a husband, to be a good parent when the time comes for me to start a family of my own as I can witness how she parents my younger siblings. I LOVE YOU MOMMY!
