Absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Bought a used Jeep from them not even 3 weeks ago. The back window zipper has defective teeth on it, so when I tried to take off the window it jammed. Bring it in to show them the problem, the first response I get is "well not sure if this is our responsibility, someone might have tried to break in." Or "it was certified 2 months ago and they check the zippers, so this might not be our problem." The best one though was "we're definitely not going to replace the top, here is the address and phone number to our upholstery guy, find out what he'll charge you and maybe will pay for it" It was certified 2 months ago, I guess their certification only counts while on their lot, because it didn't mean shit, after I took it off the lot. I've owned this less then a month, and I already regret walking into their dealership.

"Never give them a check to hold"

I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from them. At the time of finalizing the paperwork, I explained that the $2000 down payment check needed to be put on hold until I received a check from my mom, which I would have in 5-7 days. They told me "no problem". This is something we do all the time when someone else is helping them buy a car. Well they went ahead and deposited the check 2 days later. Which made my account overdrawn and ending with $334 in fees. When I contacted the company they admitted their mistake but told me it was no way they would refund me for the fees. Never give them a check to hold because they will deposit it.

I'm pretty sure the couple of good reviews on here are people who work for the dealership (they are). I usually don't write long reviews but this is our experience in a nut shell.

We went to this dealership to lease a Renegade Trail Hawk. We had prices from other dealerships and were thinking since Cherry Hill Jeep is a high volume dealership, maybe they could get the price down a little more. Sooo not the case. First of all, we were taken to a lot a few miles down the road to try and find a vehicle with the options we wanted. Seriously.... It's 2016, you mean to tell me this dealership can't keep track of its inventory on computers. Anyway, they really didn't have any Trail Hawks in the price range we were looking for so we lowered our standards to a Latitude. When we got back to the dealership, they gave us a price of $488 per month with $1000 down 10k miles a year for the Latitude. We laughed at this number. No seriously, we both laughed in the guy's face. Again, we told them the number we wanted to be at and at one point, the salesman wrote out a deal on a piece of paper and wanted us to sign it. WTF is that about!!! I told my wife not to sign the paper. Of course, the greasy looking sales manager in a cheep suit from K&G came over and tried to convince us it was a good number; all while talking to my wife like she was an idiot. He then tried to sell us a Dodge Dart. Eventually, we were able to get out of there and went to another dealership.

So, at the other dealership, 2016 Jeep Renegade Trail Hawk, $1000 down, 12k miles per year $350 per month. That's $133 less a month with 12k miles per year as opposed to 10k miles per year.

Cherry Hill Jeep is a bad place. I'm not this type of a person but I got bad vibes walking through the door and felt relieved when we left. I felt even more relieved when we went to a good dealership and got the car we wanted for a much lower price.

Worst dealership and salesmanship I have ever experienced in my life! The way they carried themselves, unbelievable! The numbers they gave me were astronomical. They followed up & continued to carry on a conversation with me & my fiancé via text messaging. Told my fiancé at one point that we've moved on from a certain topic and to "please join in" saying "you'll never get that kinda price with this vehicle, so good luck with that". (On a basic stocked SUV), followed by a statement saying "And customers are people that buy things. You are a shopper." I WILL be reporting them. NEVER go here. Not only have I had the worst experience, so has several people I know.

"I get non stop calls and DHL letters"

I will never buy from this dealer again. Kia makes a great car but the harassment from this dealer to buy back my car is insane. I get non stop calls and DHL letters even after I told them I am not interested. I am at the point now where I have to seek another way to make it stop because obviously they don't listen. The service department is great but the salesmen are idiots.
