This Cherry Vanilla Fudge is a delightful treat with a perfect balance of sweet white chocolate and tart dried cherries. The touch of cherry extract and pink color make it extra special.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract. Red food coloring optional.
Instructions: Use parchment paper to line an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second increments, stir the mixture in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted. Add the cherry extract and vanilla extract and mix them in. You can make it pink by adding a few drops of red food coloring. Add the chopped dried cherries and mix well. Put the fudge mix into the pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Put it on a board for cutting. To make the fudge, cut it into squares or rectangles. Serve and have fun!
