No-Bake Cherry Delight This delightful no-bake dessert layers a creamy cheesecake filling with a sweet cherry topping, all on a crunchy graham cracker crust. Perfect for any occasion! Ingredients For the crust: 1 package graham spliters 6 tbsp salted butter melted For the cheesecake: 8 oz cream cheese softened and room temperature ½ cup sugar 2 cups heavy whipping cream 3 tbsp sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract Cherry filling: 1- 21 oz can cherry pie filling Instructions Make the crust: Using a rolling pin, crush the graham spliters as finely as you can. A ziplock bag works well for this. Aim for about 1 ½ cups of crumbs, reserving 2 tbsp to sprinkle on top of the dessert. Melt the butter in a medium-sized bowl and combine it with the graham cracker crumbs. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Make the cheesecake: In a separate bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese with ½ cup of sugar until the mixture is smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and 3 tbsp of sugar until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Assemble the dessert: Spread half of the whipped cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. Evenly distribute the cherry pie filling on top of this layer. Finish by spreading the remaining whipped cream cheese mixture over the cherry filling.
