It’s one of the more… unpredictable pieces, jumping across the board and sneaking up on those who forget to account for it.

It’s the one piece on the board that can make a move the queen can’t.

It’s often one of the first important pieces to be utilized.

Truly, a compatible piece for a player like him.

Brain: maybe you shouldn't abandon your potential hobbys to protest your mom

Chester Facts

As Chester grows older his hair darkens and his eye sight gets worse. During the summer of his 19th birthday he goes to the eye doctor who says his visions is fine. When he turns 20 he returns and is told he needs glasses. By this time, Chester is shaken, nervous and timid, being unused to not being able to see very well. It takes about a year for him to return to normal and adapt to the glasses. (or shorter depending on how supportive his partner happens to be.)

Chester Facts (meme edition)

☾: Sleep Headcanon

Chess is known as a ‘grouchy riser’. If he’s woken up before he deems it as a good time (meaning before noon on a good day) He’s likely to bite your head off. On a bad day it is just best to let him wake on his own. (his partner would be the lucky one that can bypass this completely~)

☠: Drinking Headcanon

He doesn’t care to drink unless is is a sip of wine on a holiday. On the off chance that someone manages to catch him off guard and actually get him drunk, Chess is a super emotional drunk. He is thusly prone to random bursts of tears and lot and lots of sadness. Expect to find him crying in a corner, blaming himself for things he could never have prevented.

⋆: Sex Headcanon

HAHAHA!! This boy is a virgin! …A very well informed virgin. He hows things work and all that. However.. weather he is a top or a bottom he has no clue. He’s under the impression that he could be either rather then just one. He just needs the right partner to show him the way~

☮: Random Headcanon

At the age of 18 his father had scheduled a large sum of money to be transferred into his account. He had already changed all of his information on his bank account so his mother couldn’t steal from him again. A second transfer of a larger amount is also scheduled when Chess turns 21.

☯: Pet Peeve Headcanon

Chess’ biggest pet peeve is chewing with your mouth open. It irritated the hell out of him. His mother chews like a cow and he hates it. If you do this in front of him… Be prepared for a snippy remark about grazing in a field.

☼: Cooking Headcanon

Chess is a really good cook. He was taught by his father. Because his mother was the worst cook he had ever met. His late father, whenever he was on leave, was always the cook and showed him the ropes. He has his father’s cook book stashed away with a few very important items  in his room.

☄: Weather Headcanon

Chess LOVES the rain. He likes to watch it. On nights with a thunderstorm he is often found sitting on his front porch just relaxing as he watches it. He doesn’t, however, like getting drenched by the rain. He might like water and all.. but rain water makes him crave a nice long hot shower.

☾: Sleep Headcanon

Chess is a night owl. He loves to sleep in and stay up late. He hates getting up early in the morning for school though. But that doesn’t mean he can’t. It just takes a loud alarm clock to wake him. (or a few sensual caresses from his partner~)

♒: Phobia Headcanon

Chess is terrified of just about every bug out there… with the exception of butterflies and moths. He adore them and how beautiful their wings can be.

⋆: Sex Headcanon

His first time is going to be the most awkward thing he will put his partner through. Yes he knows how sex works and what goes where… but he will be all nerves and self doubting about ‘how good’ he’ll be for his partner and weather his partner will stay afterwards or not because of how he acted before, during and after the fact.

☾: Sleep Headcanon

When Chess has been deprived of a decent night’s sleep he gets a little loopy. He will come up with some night blogging worthy questions that will keep people up for hours while trying to solve them.

☠: Drinking Headcanon

If he actually liked drinking, Chess would always order some kind of girly fruity drink. He doesn’t like the taste of alcohol so these types of drinks are ideal for him.

⋆: Sex Headcanon

For a virgin Chess has a great deal of stamina. It may take more then one round to tire him out. But then again… Depending on his partner, one round may be all he needs to collapse in exhaustion and pure bliss and then cuddle with his partner for the rest of the night.

♡ - Sex headcanon

He will become rather possessive of his partner, but not to the point of stalking and dishing out threats. He only expects his partner to show the same amount of possessiveness towards him. (Meaning he will mark his partner in places that people can see his claim. While he will also proudly wear any marks his partner gives him in return to show he’s taken.)

☠ - Death headcanon

Death tends to hit Chester either really hard or pisses him off. With his father’s death and his mother’s reaction to the news, he nearly ended his own. With his sister’s death he became pissed off because of his mother’s reaction. The day his mother dies will be the the first and only death that he will experience that he will not shed a tear for.

Chester Facts

Chester can speak four languages fluently. English, French (And Cajun French), Japanese and Italian. All of them have a southern American accent to it that he tries very hard to hide. (and fails miserably at.) Though when he speaks French that accent gets thicker because he learned it from a Cajun Teacher whom also taught him the Cajun culture’s own version of the french language but counts it as french. He sometimes gets his normal French mixed up with his Cajun French when he’s nervous while speaking in French when asked to.

It was thanks to his discovery of the Japanese Rock Band, The Host Club, that he learned Japanese. Italian was an elective course at school.

When Chester is nervous he will stutter randomly, ramble a great deal and then attempt to get way. Another thing to take note of is when nervous his accent gets thicker. On rare occasions he starts to speak in one of the three other languages he knows.

Chess tends to stay up ungodly late at night regardless of how early he might have to be up the next day. Normally he just tries to keep himself busy until he’s exhausted so he passes out when his head hits the pillow. Otherwise he tends to cry himself to sleep late at night when the ‘Dark Cloud’ looms over him. (And I know many of you know exactly what that cloud represents.)

Chess LOVES spicy food. the hotter the better. He knows that most people out there can’t handle his level of spice and he is more then willing to tone it down if he is sharing with another.

On the flip side he has a monster sweet tooth. Hand him chocolate and you may lose your hand~

The night that the music of ‘The Host Club’ saved his life, the song that came on causing him to climb back over the railing and return home was written and sung by Hikaru Hitachiin. With back up vocals by Kaoru Hitachiin. It was a slow song and made him see that there was something to look forward to in life.

Chester Can sing really well when he is alone. He has a beautiful tenner voice. However in front of people he has a really bad singing voice. If he’s caught singing he goes from really great to horribly off-key in a millisecond!

But just because of this doesn’t mean that over time he might gain confidence to ignore the people around him and eventually sing as well as he can normally. But for now it is funny to see~

Chester was once part of his High School Track team. He was the top sprinter and long distance runner. The one guy he had a major crush on was the second best. Unfortunately for Chess the guy knew of his feelings and used it against him to gain the head spot on the team. After learning of this a few months later, Chess left the track team. He now keeps in shape by running a few miles everyday.

Chester Facts

Childhood Headcanon

When Chester was 10 he went on a field-trip with his science class to the bayou. Some of the bullies that had the same class with him, pushed him into the water. Unfortunately there was a gator there that attacked him and clamped down on one of his legs. It wasn’t an adult but it did a great deal of damage.

It took the five men that went along for safety reasons and their teacher to get the beast to let go. He was then rushed to the hospital but was stuck there for several weeks. The attack left him in a cast as it had broken his leg in three places and had dislocated his hip. The reason he stayed for so long in the hospital was because his mother refused to come and get him. He had to wait for his father to come home on leave before he could go home.

To this day, though he made a full and miraculous recovery, still possesses the scars from the attack along his right hip and down his right leg where the many teeth cut into him. If seen and asked about them he just shrugs and says he wrestled with a gator and won. To those he holds dear he will actually explain what happened.

Personality Headcanon

If Chester suffers from a massive heartbreak his mind will shut down as he sleeps and he will forget everything that transpired the day before. It is like someone pressed a reset button or at least a rewind button as he returns to how he normally is the next day. However when he is in a sound frame of mind everything that transpired the day before with hit him like a truck yet will not effect him as badly. He’ll still feel the sting and the pain from the issue… But it will not be as bad as it originally was.

The reason?

He feels that he was the cause of the issue, that the blame was on him and him alone. He accepts this and adds it to the list of things he couldn’t prevent (and will be cried about on the off chance that someone gets him piss ass drunk). This tends to worry the people that care about him because he tends to bottle up his emotions and close himself off from the people who care when things get out of control and it turns into a conflict no matter how minor the problem.

Mystical Headcanon

Chester is a firm believer in Love at first sight. While to most this is based on looks, it is much different for Chester.

While he is not a psychic with the ability to see the aura around people, he can still sense it. And t is the small shifts within it that tend to attract him to a guy.

He seeks out people that have a kind air to them as well as compassion and understanding when it comes to friendship. But when it comes to a possible love interest the attraction is instant. There is no seeking out specifics. To him looks are an added bonus but are not needed.

If he was ever asked the deadly question:

"Does this make me look fat?"

He’d reply with the truth followed by “But I love you anyway and wouldn’t change a thing.”

On another note, these small shifts in a person’s aura could also tell him if someone is lying to him. He hasn’t looking into this in men yet but his distrust of 90% of the female population has caused him to take note of each and every sign in a female’s posture.

On rare occasion a timid female will come to him seeking advice for one thing or another. with his kind nature he happily helps in any way he can. (because anyone with a kind aura gains his instant trust, that tends to leave him hurting in the end once he’s betrayed.)

Chester Facts

History:

A thing that Chester is unaware of until he actually looks into it after getting the first part of his inheritance is the LeBeau family once owned a cotton plantation and was well known. The family eventually dwindles down and went off the map of being a high class family. (It was also the only plantation that eventually started to pay their slaves, thus turning them into employees rather then slaves.) The money had been passed down from father to the eldest son upon death. Chester is the last of the LeBeau line but they no longer have the plantation.

Around a hundred years ago or so, the last owner of the plantation sold it off to the highest bidder just to appease his wife. This money was then hidden from his over spending wife and thus passed down through the generations. It is roughly over 60 million dollars. (gotta love the interest it earned in the bank~)

Though Chester will be shellshocked about this once he finds out… He also knows that the bloodline ends with him as he has no interest in women and thus would never marry one. Not even to continue his bloodline. (his adopted children will be inheriting his fortune when he passes on. and he will be proud of this no matter what.)

Curse:

The LeBeau men are ‘cursed’. Meaning nine times out of ten the person they fall in love with is never faithful to them. regardless of this they continue to love that person and continue to be loyal to them.

For Chester this includes his mother. While he has zero respect for her as a woman, he still loves her because she is his mother. He knows that he’ll leave her to her own devices one day and on that day he’ll tell her that he still loves her. This will bring a very emotional scene to light.

Chester Facts

Chester has a violent temper. This leeks in from his ‘not a morning person’ agression if woken up too early. However… He never takes it out on people and it takes a great deal to set him off to actually hit someone.

When pissed he generally runs it off. other times he drawns or plays the piano.

If gotten to the point of psychical violence he’s down right scary as he does -NOT- play nice, using every advantage he can find to get the upper hand. Being as lithe and flexable as he is he could easily avoid just about every hit sent at him… But he wouldn’t. He’d willingly take the hits.

He’s a survivor and will go through any lengths to prove himself as such.

So much for being a pacifist with no violent bone in his body… >.<
