Fun times and a massive work out in my chest hoop intensive today! 3 hours of focused practice and technique gave everyone the tools to master this skill. They were doing great though I wiped them out by the end...💖💖💖. I start my mixed levels Adult Hoop Dance Class tomorrow at 4:30 pm at @dublinroasterscoffee in Frederick, Md!!
