Fun times and a massive work out in my chest hoop intensive today! 3 hours of focused practice and technique gave everyone the tools to master this skill. They were doing great though I wiped them out by the end...💖💖💖. I start my mixed levels Adult Hoop Dance Class tomorrow at 4:30 pm at @dublinroasterscoffee in Frederick, Md!! Time is flying in the 21 day shoulder hooping challenge, and I finally am to the point where I can keep it going without spinning around! Couldn't have done it without the tips and tricks from @deannelovexo and the positivity from everyone in the Facebook group! What really helped me too was learning the techniques over again in a larger hoop and then sizing down after practicing. This is my 38", but I made a lot of progress in my 45" because not only is it bigger, but heavier too!
