A few years ago I made a chestnut Mont Blanc mousse, placed it in a chocolate crumb pie crust and gave the top a swirl of whipped cream. It was good! So I decided to see if the addition of some melted chocolate might be worthy. It was indeed! How about this lovely Chocolate Chestnut pie for Valentine’s Day? I placed the filling into a standard, fully baked pie crust but a chocolate crust will work. Or no crust at all - just place it in a lovely bowl.
