The best vegetarian sandwich I have ever had is at the Capitol Club 16 here in Raleigh, NC. Garden Sandwich - Vermont cheddar, butter lettuce, spinach, tomato, avocado, red onion, golden beets and paprika aioli on French country bread. I think they put crack in the aioli.

That sounds badass! One of the best vegetarian sandwiches I've ever had was Morning Star's black bean burger. It was BOMB AS HELL.

I went there every Saturday for 4 years and got the same thing: Roast beef, spicy turkey, cole slaw, russian dressing, pepperjack cheese, and rye bread. Smooth with a little kick.
