Ever since we had the lamb meatballs at #Chetonka, I've been dreaming of it since! Love the deli case at @radunotc where we picked up a bunch of salads and sampled the Merguez & Toulousse sausages. This is how fast casual lunches should be! I'd gladly eat this every day if we were up here! #howisummer (at Raduno)

A comforting dish on a rainy summer day 🍝. Would you believe there's strawberries in this oxtail ragu? @matt.tulpa made a fantastic strawberry sofrito to compliment this oxtail that had been braising for hours. The strawberries get sweeter as they cook for an hour and offsets the richness of the oxtail. They compliment these fresh pasta from @radunotc as the sauce wedges itself inside the rigatoni. Seriously, I wanted to eat this around a bonfire if it weren't raining or wrapped in a blanket next to a fireplace. 🔥 #Raduno #sundaysupper #Chetonka (at Chetonka)

Eating local is highly important here in Northport. @chet_offensive & @kyleevansdesign provided the proteins and we were in charge of cooking them. I decided to make a tumeric, ginger, lemongrass rub and smeared it over the thighs and steeped lemongrass, chili and other aromatics in coconut milk to drizzle over. Just one of many dishes we made at #Chetonka! (at Chetonka)

Sunday Supper with friends. 🍽 Incredibly thankful for friends like these. I personally love coming to #Chetonka because it's the first place @matt.tulpa and I cooked together. Good food, great friends, immaculate views, this will always hold a special place in our heart! 💕✨ (at Chetonka)
