Chia pod snack: This is a great snack idea to have in the afternoon or the evening. It has protein, healthy fats and it is very satisfying. Take 1/2 cup of almond milk (I use @rudehealth), 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and let it soak for at least 30 minutes. I usually make it in the morning so I can eat it in the afternoon. I usually add some fruit to sweeten it naturally. Adding berries is a great way of getting a low sugar and high antioxidant food.
