5/4/24 ~ Fig update. He needs to be planted in ground soon. I had to wait till the grass was cut - so possibly he’ll go in ground tomorrow! 🤞🏻

5/18/24 ~ Planted my Fig Tree, random Red Cedar Juniper I found & Elderberry Cutting - in ground!
3/20/24 ~ also got a fig start from Lowe’s today 🙃 I only needed soil… but ya know.
Our Chicago hardy fig tree is all wrapped up for the winter. With proper protection this variety can survive a Massachusetts winter and bear fruit next year (at University of Massachusetts Amherst)
