but for me Ceviche tops, in Wikipedia's words is a seafood dish originating in Peru typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají, chili peppers or other seasonings including chopped onions, salt and coriander. Honorific mention to: (again Wikipedia's words)Ají de gallina is Peruvian chicken stew. The dish is considered a type of Peruvian comfort food, comprising chicken cooked with yellow chili peppers, walnuts, spices, garlic, and turmeric. The dish uses aji amarillo peppers, which are yellow, mildly spicy peppers.
16. which stereotype about your country you hate the most and which one you somewhat agree with?
I find very annoying when people think Peru is a rural country, most people think we live in a farm on a mountain surrounded by llamas, which would be kinda cool, sorry guys it's not like that. I think foreigners don't expect us to speak English, I kind of agree with this, it could be true with a percentage of people from older generations, but a lot of Peruvians are into learning foreign languages.
24. what other nation is joked about most often in your country?
This is a spicy question lol here's the tea. Chile. Ironically the only country I have visited is Chile. I think this rivalry between Peruvians and Chileans is dumb, but I see where it comes from both nations are proud of their culture which has made hard for some to get over past disputes, 19th Century disputes. However, I have to say Chileans have tried to come for our brand sometimes, don't get fooled kids Ceviche and Pisco Is Peruvian.🤠🥴
