These slow cooker chicken Parm meatballs are a delicious twist on the classic Italian dish. They're easy to make and perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Shape the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. Put marinara sauce in the slow cooker's bottom. Spread the meatballs out in the sauce. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for four to five hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked. Before the meatballs are done, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of them. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more parsley.
