Misha Collins, Chicon2010, question about "Swan Song" & whether it was as hard to act it out as it was to watch it on screen:

"I'm gonna give you one bit, because you were so sweet and had such a nice question, I'm gonna give you one bit of earnest response here. The scene where Jensen's leaning up against the Impala as Sam disappeared into the pit. [We didn't actually have the pit there, and while we were shooting it there was only a bit of green turf.] But he was, like, you know, battered, he looked... in person it was hard to look at him because his face was so disgusting. And then they put on that makeup! [giggles] Nooo, no, no, he's.. he's not that bad. But you know, he went somewhere emotionally, he was really crying and he was... you know, it was tough. You have to take yourself on an emotional rollercoaster to deliver anything that's watchable and when you get into that stuff, it actually, you know, it strains you. [sniffles back a tear & turns around] Thank you, next question."
