We as a society brush this off waaay too quickly.
Like he's legit either openly flirting with cas or tries to piss him off tho in a way that requires dean to be comfortable with his own masculinity/sexuality, which doesn't really align with "dean is uncomfortable with anything gay related" narrative. Unless he's pretty much comfortable with being queer. Which means for him to say this and then double down with the wink, he has to be either gay or gay and a little shit
