I have yet another beekeeper quilt ask - I'm midway into my own quilt and you've mentioned you need 600 - what size are you aiming to make your quilt that you need that many? I've just kept buying wool and then making them forever and ever but am curious what size you're aiming for?

I have a full size mattress, so I did some extremely rough math based on measuring the top of my bed then dividing by the size of a puff. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m not being really scientific, so those numbers aren’t written down anywhere lol. I did see a person on Ravelry who made a little under 1100 puffs to cover a king size bed, which makes me feel like my estimate is pretty good.

I’m not married to stopping at exactly 600 if I end up wanting a bigger quilt, I just set that number as a goal to work toward and I’ll reassess when I get there!

not sure if it's been explained here yet but yesterday UWaterloo cancelled all in-person class activity for the next week (that means if your prof decides to just post the slides and tells you to read them, and do the regular work you already had due for this week you should email them bc they're violating that announcement) and then moving to online for the rest of term. all in-person exams are cancelled. campus (gym, etc.) and residences are still open, however.

I like a bit of milk and sugar, my usual tea order is a london fog which is earl grey with steamed milk it soo good

any time of day, but its best with a nice view so you can drink your tea and sit and pensively stare out the window
